There are days in this job where it feels like you’ve become more of a meteorologist than a photographer. Planning for, training in and knowing what to do for bad weather is a must for any wedding photographer and I was planning on needing that knowledge for Abby & Lynn’s Archmere Academy wedding in Delaware last weekend!
The weather started out beautifully but there’s always the inner pessimist that knows it could change at any moment. Luckily for Abby & Lynn, we lucked out with a gorgeous ceremony in West Chester and fantastic light throughout the day over at Archmere Academy. This was a far cry from sweating our faces off in Baltimore’s Clock Tower during their engagement session.
We spent the whole day with these two, from 10AM to 11PM and it was a day to remember. I know these photos will mean a lot to these two simply by how they interacted on wedding day. From stories their parents told me to the intimate speeches, this wedding was one of those that made me love what I do. There are so many photos to be seen from Abby & Lynn’s Delaware wedding but here are a few of my favorites!
