Absolutely loved getting to photograph Eric and Lauren last week. Although it was incredibly early, doing their U.S. Capitol engagement at that time was perfect as we got what felt like all of Washington DC to ourselves.
We had originally planned their engagement session a while back, but it didn’t work out. This guys are so fun, so I was excited to finally get them in front of my camera. The Library of Congress was our first stop to get these two warmed up, then the Capitol Visitor center, and then some fun less-traveled spots.
I’ve photographed couples at the Capitol before, and even wrote a blog on planning an engagement on the National Mall, but never have I gotten to go to all the places Eric took us. Having the location hookup, no crowds and an amazing couple made these photos super fun to shoot. Here’s a few of my favorites from Eric and Lauren’s U.S. Capitol Engagement session in Washington DC.
