I loved photographing Joey & Rachel’s Farmstead Golf & Country Club Wedding last week. The main event planner Lindsey is super helpful and professional, yet kind and felt like someone I could talk to for hours.
Lindsey told me that Farmstead Golf & Country Club has been in her family for generations and that it used to be a dairy farm. I loved that she told me this information because it showed that she wasn’t just an event planner, but she had some personal buy-in when it came to this awesome wedding venue.
Also, when I arrived a few hours before the ceremony started, the ceremony chairs and everything was already setup! I know that may not be normal, but it made taking pictures at Farmstead Golf & Country Club even easier. The only downside I saw was that the ceremony location is a bit far from the parking lot, so golf carts are arranged as shuttles (which is super cute to watch!) which can take up more time. Not a deal-breaker at all, but something to be advised of if your wedding includes folks that aren’t walkers. 😉
