In the span of awesome shoots before Thanksgiving week, I was able to photograph my good friends Chris & Melissa for their Old Town Engagement in Alexandria Virginia. I met Chris & Melissa at Billy & Kari’s Outer Banks wedding in North Carolina last year!
After multiple rescheduling attempts, we finally had a chance to shoot together and it was fun and peaceful. Chris is that guy that is as joyful as his heart is big, and Melissa is the perfect combination of sweet and patient to put up with Chris’ silly humor (and my own!). They’re truly a great couple.
The weather was a bit windy (as many shoots were that week) down near the Alexandria waterfront but Chris & Melissa stayed strong. Here are a few of my favorites from their Old Town Engagement. I can’t wait for their wedding in January!
