I feel like I say this often, but this engagement session was so much FUN! The things that get photographers excited aren’t too extravagant. If you’re like Kelsey and Sean, love the beach, and are up for doing your couple photos then there then I am ALL IN. We found an awesome place for their Solomons Island engagement, planned everything out, and never looked back.
This was such an adventurous session too. When we met up in the parking lot at a spot none of us had been to, we checked out the shortest hike to the mysterious cliffs we had never heard of and began our 2-mile trek to the beach. During a year when there are so many things to stress about (and very valid things at that), this time together was a break from that thinking. We were outside, spread out, and having a ridiculous and fun time.
We started the session wandering around the shark-tooth ridden beach out by the cliffs, then for their second outfit K & S chose their bathing suits. Any time we get to hop in the water, during the summer, and it’s for “work” we’re down. The whole session felt like one big giggle fest and during the pouring down rain on our hike back, we didn’t even mind because of how much fun we were having. Sean didn’t even get us lost!
