As a business owner and photographer, it’s important to check in on your mental health in such a difficult year.
After learning that he wanted to be in development, he ended up in Palo Alto working in the start-up space. Luke immigrated from England 8 years ago.
Through failure, Luke discovered what he wanted to do. During that time, he also picked up a camera and enjoyed taking photos as a hobby.
Put enough creative people in a room with the resources they need and something awesome will come out of it.
One of his companies gave him a Canon Mk III as a sign-on gift. The desire to put photographs on the internet without social media started tugging at his heart, and 7 years later the company is thriving.
Founding a company as a photographer, for photographers, is definitely helpful when trying to understand your audience.
Because of the success of Exposure, that is now Luke’s full time job.
Although the platform is used by many photographers around the world, Luke runs the company solo. He had a lot of support when he started the company. As a result, he has been able to keep the company going mostly on his own.
