A famous man once said “Give me liberty, or give me death!”. I say, “give me amazing people at an incredible location, and I’ll give you a once-in-a-lifetime wedding day”. Kevin & Zoe’s Fairmont Hotel DC wedding was all of that and then some.
Last time we hung out during Kevin and Zoe’s Capitol engagement session, it was November and windy. This day, the weather was absolutely perfect and the light was gorgeous the entire day!
I love moving around on a wedding day, especially for photos, but Kevin and Zoe’s plan to keep everything at the Fairmont Hotel made the day extra special. All of Zoe’s bridesmaids and favorite people were there, all of Kevin’s guys and silly ring bearers (see photos below) were included. Of course, the light and gorgeous views helped.
This was one of those weddings that felt like a homecoming for me. Kevin and Zoe’s wedding party was accommodating and down for any fun photo idea, and were super helpful when it was blazing hot in the Fairmont’s new courtyard.
