The Fort Belvoir Officers Club wedding venue is a perfect space for any size wedding. Who knew that an Officer Club could be such a fantastic wedding venue?  The grand entrance is what makes this venue so iconic along with its beautiful view of the Potomac River. This venue is exceptionally memorable to me because of the fun couple, Pete + Liz,  who I had the privilege to photograph last October.

About Fort Belvoir Officer Club Wedding

Virginia is rich with history and beauty – Fort Belvoir Officer Club wedding venue is no exception. The Officers club is a great example of the first true American architectural style – the Georgian colonial revival style. With brick facades, tall white columns and perfect symmetry, this establishment is breathtaking to all who visit it.  Built in 1935, on a cliff overlooking the Potomac River, it’s no wonder it has become the chosen wedding venue for so many brides and grooms. Fort Belvoir Officers Club has been visited by many Presidents, diplomats, congressmen, and senators.

Fort Belvoir Officers Club Wedding Testimonial

“Ft. Belvoir’s Officer’s Club served as an amazing venue! The staff was extremely helpful, flexible, and considerate. Trinetta was so wonderful and fantastic; she made sure the night ran as smoothly as possible and was a great individual to work with for such an important and special occasion. The venue has an amazing view, great food, and is very accommodating!”

As I said before, I had a great time shooting at this venue because of the couple, Pete + Liz, knew how to have a good time.  We spent most of the night on the dancefloor but managed to get in some photos outdoors surrounding the venue before the sun went down. Fort Belvoir Officers Club is a great venue for weddings of all sizes. There were 4 weddings taking place at the same time I was there, so there is ample space for larger weddings.
