Two fun and original engagement sessions in one week? I’ll take it! A few days after Shaun & Reina’s coffee shop engagement session, I got to visit my favorite neighborhood in DC for Ben & Gina’s H St Country Club engagement session!
Now, for the uninitiated (“But we are initiated, aren’t we Bruce?”), H St Country Club isn’t your average country club. It’s a mix of bar, mini-golf, restaurant and rooftop-summer time club. It is also where Ben took Gina on their very first date! It was one of the most unique and fun engagement sessions I’ve ever done! We started out with some skeeball, then Ben & Gina had margaritas (usually those are for the post-engagement session time but this could become a usual thing!), and we headed upstairs for mini-golf!
Afterward, we brought in their dog Karl and walked around H St for some neighborhood photos and many of the cars passing by cheered them on and congratulated them! I love that! We ended the night with engagement session tradition pizza (Sorry Ben!) and had a great time!
