Since returning from Africa, every single day has been filled with either shooting new work or editing. Luckily, MJ & Marc’s Washington DC Hillwood Museum engagement last Saturday night was a beautiful break from the editing and sitting at the desk. It also was a nice break from the tourists on the national mall.
We started out MJ & Marc’s Hillwood Museum Engagement in Northwest DC. We had to move quickly to avoid the rain coming our way. Luckily, each moment we paused for an image, MJ & Marc were as loving and sweet as could be. MJ works at the Hillwood Museum and got exclusive after-hours access so we had the whole area to ourselves!
It started drizzling, then almost pouring as we got into the car and headed to the Jefferson Memorial to take more engagement photos. We were hoping the weather would pass but unfortunately, it did not. We took advantage of Jefferson’s scale and were able to get a few loving images outside of the rain.
