It’s always an absolute treat to be back in my home state of Delaware, but it’s even better when I get to work at a wedding venue that’s special to me. Turns out that Bridget & Luis Lighthouse Cove Dewey Beach wedding was exactly where I performed my first concert playing guitar at 12 years old! The Rusty Rudder to be exact, which we could see from Luis & Bridget’s wedding ceremony! Crazy!
The weather was as perfect as you’d want it to be for a wedding overlooking Rehoboth Bay. Luis & Bridget began getting ready in the Hyatt next door with music jamming, light pouring in, and some adult beverages for sure. We then headed down to the boardwalk area for an intimate and windswept first look!
Once the sunny and tear-filled ceremony was complete, the rest of the night was a raging party and dance floor that could rival a New Year’s bash in New York City or Dubai. The band was killing it, the lights were down, and everyone felt comfortable being themselves for our cameras. You can’t make weddings happen like this everyday, but you can sure hope for them!
