A few years back I got the really cool opportunity to photograph one of my favorite authors, Mark Batterson. At the time of the session, I believed this was primarily for social media and marketing purposes. I also learned one of the photos was enjoyed so much that it was used as the main shot in the back of some of his books!
Fast forward to this year, and I got a take a Mark Batterson portrait again as well as some other images. Some of these may be used in his books, but the uses could vary. It was fun to catch up with my National Community Church pastor and change up my workflow from photographing fun couples all the time!
