There are a few simple things I hope for when shooting a wedding. In no particular order they’re light, emotion, color, and fun. Some weddings have more of one than the other but Sean & Rachael’s big day at Nassau Valley Vineyard had a ton of each. It was my first time shooting there but I’m sure every Nassau Valley Vineyard Wedding is awesome!
The day started in the home Rachael’s family has owned for a while, with the casual hair & makeup, but also Rachael giving a gift to her mom (1st photo). It was difficult not to tear up in this moment. Everything was running perfectly.
Sean & his men were getting ready and watching football. All moments were leading up to the fun first look and eventually the awesome wooded ceremony at Nassau Valley.
Lastly, I love receptions, dancing, and people having fun. This wedding though, breaks the Mason Photography record for amount of reception/dancing shots. Everyone was on the dance floor and invested in Sean & Rachael’s wedding. Overall a great day. Take a look below.
