We’ve gotten incredibly lucky with our Fall weather this year. When planning October and November weddings in DC you always hope for the best: gorgeous leaves, soft light, and just a few less people roaming the district than during the summer months. For Betty & Mike’s Museum of Women in the Arts wedding, it felt like our luck was at the top of the list.
Wedding like this one are the kind you could work every day without a break for a very long time. Everything was planned to a tee, and alongside Ari from ARJ Productions I made sure we even had rain plans for Betty & Mike’s first look. Luckily (are you sensing a theme) we didn’t need that rain plan because it was gorgeous!
Back during their DC engagement session, I knew these two would simply be a blast to spend a whole day with. From the start of the day with snacks and reruns of The Office to finishing the epic reception with 80s music and Mike singing at the top of his lungs it was epic for sure.
What happened in between? Besides an incredible first look at CityCenter in downtown DC and a gorgeous ceremony at Georgetown University’s Dahlgren Chapel, you’ll simply have to see for yourself at the photos below!
