If you live in DC, you can count the weekends this summer where we’ve had weather that wasn’t too hot or too rainy on one hand. Luckily, one of those weekends was this past one with Courtney and Pat for their real District Winery wedding.
There were so many sweet moments of connection during their day. One of the best parts of the day was Courtney and her “C-Squad” which was all of her sisters (there’s a lot!). Watching them interact throughout the day and the love Courtney has for them was one of the best things to photograph.
After Courtney and Pat’s first look outside the glass panels of District Winery, the day’s momentum of beauty kept moving quickly. These two were smiley all day, the outdoor ceremony was heartfelt and the reception had multiple teary-eyed moments. There are those weddings every once in a while where you feel like everything lined up, and this one was like that.
