I legitimately feel like I need to spend some time working on my vocabulary. When I thought about what I’d say for Justin & Amy’s Regency at Dominion Valley Wedding blog, I thought “fun”. I use that word a lot, but I realize now that’s the reality of this job and their day.
With night before Justin & Amy’s wedding, we had one of the biggest storms in the area this year. Everyone was a bit worried what the weather would hold for the next day. The morning was gray, but as the day went on, it turned perfect.
It was so fun learning about Justin & Amy’s story, before their cherry blossom engagement and then on their wedding day filling in some of the gaps with faces and names of the people they cared about. From military influence to Korean influence and some Missouri sprinkled throughout, it the love of the day was there and it felt like one big family reunion.
It was my first time shooting a Regency at Dominion Valley Wedding but hopefully not my last. Here are a few of my favorites from Justin & Amy’s Regency at Dominion Valley Wedding.
