We are lucky enough to shoot a handful of destination weddings each year while having a general home base on the East Coast so we can mentally regroup (and see our families) in between working. It’s always extra exciting when one brings us to a new spot we’ve never been before, and for the end of 2021 that was in Mexico for Desiree & Michael’s Secrets The Vine Cancun Wedding in December!
Other than being the perfect time of year to come to Mexico, destination weddings are fun because rather than have a real time limit, we tell couples “we’re around” and love to document the whole day as well as rehearsals, activities, etc. Drinking and swimming in the pool started this day, with gorgeous sunlight during afternoon and finished out with a moon-lit reception. Being on the gorgeous blue Cancun waters while Desiree and Michael danced in between sparklers and their favorite people was mesmerizing.
