I try really hard to not have favorite weddings, but if I had to rank weddings this one would be undoubtedly up there! It’s not just that this was a destination wedding or an epic dance party on the beach with fireworks. When a couple books our Package 1 (aka everything we offer, literally) it means that we get to have 100% of focus on a couple for an entire wedding as opposed to just one day. Like the hardest workout of a year or so, you feel oh so good afterward and this wedding felt exactly like that.
Shooting in the Bahamas is always a blast, but one hurdle I struggle with is choosing what to wear. Do I go super dressy like a normal wedding, Hawaiian shirt and khaki shorts to keep it casual? For this wedding, Gabi & Delvis made sure we felt comfortable and told us to shoot in whatever felt best. That said, this was probably the only wedding I’ve shot a huge portion of while in a bathing suit.
Anyway, I could describe this wedding and talk about what an amazing weekend it was, but I’d rather just share this Kamalame Cay wedding in the Bahamas and it’s gorgeous wedding photos!
