So so often at weddings I am reminded that love is the most powerful thing in the world. Kelsey & Sean’s Tenth Ward Distilling Company wedding was no different. Downtown Frederick, where Kelsey spent much of her childhood with her dad was the perfect backdrop for such an epic story.
Some weddings that are just filled with raw emotion and vulnerability. No fear, no hiding, no weakness or pain. Just love. Whether it’s just 25 people or 200, getting to be in the presence of this incredible feeling will always be a privilege I’m grateful for.
Seeing Sean & Kelsey step into boldness throughout their engagement session, wedding, and future has been so freaking cool. They welcomed me into their story, even some of the messy parts which made the images even more important in creating. Getting to be a part of documenting their legacy and family’s intertwined and amazing stories made it even better. I legit had to hold back tears multiple times.
