The Woodend Sanctuary wedding venue is nothing short of enchanting. A tranquil wooded outdoor ceremony venue tucked away in the forests of Maryland. An autumn wedding ceremony, like Scott + Amanda’s, is sure to be spectacular with the acres of golden leaves on the trees and on the ground. With a historic brick mansion nestled in the sanctuary for wedding receptions, Woodend is a beautiful place to exchange vows any time of the year.

The Woodend Sanctuary is especially stunning in the fall. Who doesn’t love a gorgeous fall wedding surrounded by autumn colors and the crisp air? The lighting at Scott + Amanda’s October wedding was just so perfect and reflected that highly sought after autumn ambiance. I have no doubt that this outdoor venue and charming mansion would be just as enchanting in any season.
