When you want to have a beautiful wedding in the heart of the city, you’re picturing Ally & Peter’s Kimpton Hotel Monaco wedding. You picture a beautiful area of the city like Chinatown and an all-in-one DC venue like the Kimpton Hotel Monaco with some magic outside like the National Portrait Gallery. It’s incredible.
After their engagement session I know we’d have such an elegant and gorgeous day. There’s a reason couples get married in the Fall. The day was gorgeous from their first look in the stairwell to their 360 ceremony with views on every side. We even had the opportunity to walk outside towards Dirty Habit for a small group of family photos.
The party felt like one from the movies. There wasn’t an empty chair anywhere in the room because everyone was on the dance floor. Unlike weddings where everyone on the dance floor was doing their own thing, this one felt like one big collective movement, like we were experiencing the night together.
Days like this don’t come often, but when they do you make sure you go in on the photos to make sure they feel like what you felt when it was happening. This is Ally & Peter’s Kimpton Hotel Monaco wedding!
