Before we were all recovering from the crazy rain in Washington DC this past weekend, I got to hang out with Joe & Jesse for their engagement session! This romantic DC engagement was so much fun! These two met in New York City but now call the District home and will even get married at District Winery later this year.
It was incredibly exciting to shoot for these two! Since our initial meeting, it’s felt like we were a team of superheroes fighting off bad trends and doing wedding things “because it’s tradition” that so often can plague overwhelmed wedding couples. They gave me free rein and were up to try anything during the shoot and were naturals!
These guys are awesome and going out for tacos afterward was the best decision! Can’t wait for their wedding later this year at District Winery! For now, here are a few of my favorite photos from Joe & Jesse’s romantic DC engagement session!
