    • The Formal Garden — $3,500

    • The Streamside Lawn — $1,500
  • Reception Site Fees
    • The Lakeview Dining Room — minimum cost of $20,000 for food and beverage to reserve
    • Evergreen Ballroom — minimum cost of $30,000 for food and beverage to reserve
      • Minimums apply to Saturday events and are flexible for Friday or Sunday weddings, or Saturdays in November-April
