Whenever I think of Memorial Day Weekend, I normally think of hot days, hotdogs and friends. This past Memorial Day, it was indeed a hot day, with at least one dog (his name is “Blitz”!), and of course my friends Nick & Holly. Sara and I were able to come up to Nick & Holly’s alma mater Penn State University to photograph their State College engagement photos and it was a blast!
With the last semester being over at Penn State, it felt like we had the campus completely to ourselves to explore. We went everywhere from the Lion Shrine at Penn State (of course!), Beaver Stadium and Old Main to PSU’s incredible arboretum. I’ve shot Penn State engagements before and even had the Nittany Lion at a wedding once, but this time with Nick & Holly was laid back and full of cuteness. I’m sure this is just a sliver of how awesome their Wyndridge Farm wedding will be next year! For now, take a look at some of my favorite photos from Nick & Holly’s State College Engagement session.
